​From corporate executive turned entrepreneur, I owned a private event venue and winery for 10 years hosting celebrations and wine events. ​​With a passion for cooking and teaching, I launched culinary team building competitions, charcuterie workshops, kids summer cooking camps and taught thousands of students on cooking international cuisines at my venue. I've also hosted cooking demos at corporations, country clubs, community associations and local farms.

With a shift from culinary events, I currently offer wine and cocktail classes, as well as charcuterie board workshops which can be held at a home, company or venue in Orange County, Ca.
