MJ Hong is a recipe developer, culinary instructor, and content creator with more than 15 years of experience in food and hospitality. She has taught more than 10,000 students through cooking, wine, mixology, and other culinary classes and experiences
FROM CORPORATE TO CULINARY ENTREPRENEUR
After leaving a corporate executive career, MJ became an entrepreneur and spent 10 years owning and operating a private event venue and winery. There, she catered and hosted private and corporate events while developing cooking classes, wine classes, charcuterie workshops, and culinary team-building experiences.
As a hospitality business owner, she also gained firsthand experience in marketing, content creation, and event promotion, while developing an understanding of hospitality from both the business and guest perspective.

Today, MJ brings together her experience in culinary education, hospitality, business, and marketing through Sweet Savory Social.
Her work with restaurants, hospitality businesses, and food and beverage brands includes restaurant features, brand partnerships, recipe development, UGC, and social media content and management.
