Overnight Oats are the best make-ahead breakfast or snack with no cooking required. I usually make a batch on Sunday for an easy grab and go breakfast/snack during the week.
I use 1 part rolled oats to 1 part milk but the ratio will depend on your preferred consistency so adjust as needed. I also make a batch with the same base ingredients, then add toppings the night before serving so it’s ready to eat the morning. Or you can add toppings just before serving (for example: bananas).
