Overnight Oats are the best make-ahead breakfast or snack with no cooking required. I usually make a batch on Sunday for an easy grab and go breakfast/snack during the week.
I use 1 part rolled oats to 1 part milk but the ratio will depend on your preferred consistency so adjust as needed. I make some with 1/2 cup portions for snacks and some with 1 cup portions for breakfast.
I make a batch with the same base ingredients, then add toppings the night before serving so it’s ready to eat the morning. Or you can add toppings just before serving (for bananas).
