Did you know you can make sorbet with just 1 ingredient? You just need your favorite fruit for a healthy and delicious dessert with no added sugar! I used Ojai Pixie Tangerines as they are seedless, sweet and currently in season. Use any fruit or combination of fruits
1 Ingredient Sorbet
Directions:
Pee the tangerines and separate the sections.
Add to a Ziploc bag or any reusable bag. Freeze for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.
Defrost for a few minutes and separate any frozen sections.
Place in a a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. That’s it!
