A three-pour premium sake flight offers another way to experience the menu and explore sake alongside different dishes. Cocktails and mocktails add another option to the table, with colorful presentations and a range of fruit-forward flavors, while a sake bomb adds a more interactive element.

What stood out most was the variety. Kiwami works just as well for sushi and sashimi as it does for ramen, curry, or several dishes shared across the table. Add the sake flight, cocktails, and mocktails, and there are plenty of ways to experience the menu differently from one visit to the next.
