Madres Brunch: Sweet, Savory & Drink Flights

Brunch is even better when there's a little of everything to share. At Madres Brunch, Mexican breakfast favorites meet American brunch classics, with creative dishes, specialty drink flights, and a colorful, lively atmosphere.
With generous portions and plenty of menu options, it's a fun place to gather with friends and order a mix of sweet and savory dishes.
BEHIND THE PLATE
One of the signature dishes at Madres Brunch is The Journey, a strawberry pancake creation that represents where the restaurant's story began. The presentation is part of the experience, with a mold lifted tableside to reveal the pancakes as the pink condensed milk and strawberry toppings cascade down the sides.
We also tried the blueberry French toast served with ice cream, adding another indulgent option to our sweet selections.
On the savory side, the Divorciados chilaquiles came with both red and green sauces, offering two different flavors on one plate. Another favorite was the Chilango, an omelette filled with chilaquiles that combines two breakfast favorites in one dish. We also tried the Chile Relleno Burrito, rounding out our savory selections.
The portions were generous, making it easy to sample several dishes when dining with a group.
BEHIND THE POUR
The drink flights were another highlight of our brunch. We tried the specialty coffee flight and mimosa flight, both offering a fun way to sample different drinks rather than choosing just one.
Madres Brunch also offers a margarita flight, which is already on my list to try during a future visit.
With eight locations throughout Southern California, Madres Brunch offers plenty of opportunities to explore its menu.
