You only need 3 ingredients to make these delicious Oreo truffles. Want to make it boozy? Add Baileys, Kahlua or your favorite liqueur. You can also add nut butter by replacing half of the cream cheese with your favorite nut butter.
Oreo Truffles
Ingredients 1 package Oreo cookies, finely crushed (approximately 4 cups) ( 8oz) package cream cheese, softened 2 cups chocolate chips or baking chocolate, melted
Directions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and 3 1/2 cups of the cookie crumbs until combined. Set aside the remaining cookie crumbs.
Shape into1 inch sized balls and place on the baking sheet. Dip the truffles in melted chocolate using 2 forks and place back on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the reserved cookie crumbs on top and refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour.
